I did contact SE customer service and explained to them that I purchased the game back when it first launched (prior to the relaunch) and tried to play for 2 month (1 free month + 1 paid month) before stopping my subscription because I had a really bad experience and I would like to try it out again with the free trial to see if it's for me or not.
